What is this glass made of?

Every glass is made from lead-free borosilicate glass — the same material used in professional labware and high-end drinkware. It's durable, heat-resistant, and crystal clear.

Is each glass really handmade?

Yes. Every single glass is hand-blown and hand-finished by Katty in her garage workshop in the UK. No moulds, no machines, no factory runs.

How long does shipping take?

We offer international and worldwide shipping with guaranteed delivery in 3–7 business days. Every order is carefully packed by hand before it leaves the workshop.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Whether you're in London, Lagos, or Los Angeles — we'll get your glass to you.

Can I order a custom glass?

Yes! We accept custom orders including team names, personalised text, and special requests. Email us at Katysglassware@gmail.com or jamesfranko2001@gmail.com with your request and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. To start a return, email us at Katysglassware@gmail.com.
