Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, email us with a photo and we'll sort it out right away.
