The Process
Every glass starts as raw tubing and ends as a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Here's how it happens.
Every glass starts as raw borosilicate tubing, heated, shaped, and hand-finished by Katty in her garage workshop in the UK. No shortcuts. No factories. Just skill, patience, and a deep love for the game.
01 — Heating
Raw glass tubing is softened in a 2000°F flame until it becomes malleable and ready to shape.
02 — Shaping
Katty hand-blows and shapes each glass, one breath at a time. No moulds, no shortcuts — just fire and patience.
03 — Detailing
Each glass is carefully detailed and finished by hand, ensuring every piece is unique.
04 — Finishing
Annealed, polished, and packed with love. Every glass leaves the workshop gift-ready.
